Engr. Bashir Bayo Ojulari, Group Chief Executive Officer of NNPC Ltd., received the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Olayemi Cardoso, at the NNPC Towers in Abuja on a courtesy visit.
The meeting focused on areas of alignment and shared purpose between the two institutions, particularly the national imperative of economic stabilisation and growth through collaborative efforts.
NNPC Ltd. reaffirmed its commitment to partnership, emphasising that sustainable progress depends on strengthening synergies to enhance operational efficiency across the energy value chain, which is critical for Nigeria’s economic development.
The Central Bank acknowledged NNPC’s pivotal role in supporting the fundamentals of national economic stability, noting that closer collaboration between the two institutions could deliver a significant boost to national development.
