Anambra State Governor, Chukwuma Charles Soludo, took center stage at the 50th anniversary celebration of his alma mater, Uga Boys Secondary School, demonstrating leadership, style, and a deep dedication to education.
The milestone event brought together students, teachers, alumni, and community members to celebrate five decades of academic excellence and reflect on the school’s legacy. Governor Soludo attended in a light navy-blue jacket, white trousers, and a striped tie—a nod to his school days and a symbol of his enduring elegance.
In his address, Governor Soludo emphasized the crucial role of education in driving state development. “Education is the cornerstone upon which we will build a stronger, more prosperous state,” he said, highlighting the importance of quality instruction and the influence of dedicated teachers during his formative years.
He also outlined plans to enhance education in Anambra State, including recruiting more teachers and expanding access to quality learning. His appearance and message underscored his dual commitment to public service and the advancement of educational institutions like Uga Boys Secondary School.
