The President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Samia Suluhu Hassan, and the President/Chief Executive of Dangote Industries Limited, Aliko Dangote, have held high-level discussions focused on industrialisation, regional energy infrastructure, refining capacity, and long-term economic development across Africa.
The engagement underscored growing efforts by African nations to prioritise energy security, expand local production, and accelerate infrastructure development as part of broader economic transformation strategies.
Both sides emphasised that stronger collaboration between governments and major industrial institutions will be crucial in shaping sustainable growth and improving regional economic resilience.
The Dangote Group reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Africa’s industrialisation agenda through long-term investments, large-scale infrastructure projects, and expanded production capacity aimed at strengthening regional development.
