Polaris Bank has added another accolade to its growing list of achievements, emerging as the Sectoral Winner in the Banking and Other Financial Institutions category at the 2024 NECA Annual Employers’ Excellence Awards.
The award, presented during the 4th edition of the NECA Excellence Awards at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Ikeja, recognizes Polaris Bank’s innovative human resources practices and its commitment to fostering a people-centered workplace culture.
This marks Polaris Bank’s first HR-focused recognition, reaffirming its dedication to creating an environment that prioritizes employee growth, innovation, and well-being.
The NECA Annual Employers’ Excellence Awards celebrate organizations excelling in leadership, people management, sound HR systems, corporate governance, technological innovation, ESG practices, and responsible business conduct, among other criteria.
